Consent to Personal Data Processing
1. By confirming my full legal capacity and, where applicable, the legality of my representation in relation to a person with limited legal capacity or incapacity, I hereby give consent to the processing of personal data to the Operator — Individual Entrepreneur Vera Vladimirovna Korsovskaya (TIN: 505101170548, OGRNIP: 319774600731366, Address: 108851, Russia, Moscow, Shcherbinka, Pushkinskaya St., 3, apt. 283) under the following conditions:
1.1. This Consent is granted for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with the use thereof.
1.2. Consent is granted for the processing of the following categories of personal data for predetermined and lawful purposes:

1.3. Any actions provided by law and the Privacy Policy may be performed with personal data for each processing purpose, including: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (access, provision, dissemination), blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data.
1.4. For the purposes of providing services and improving their quality, depending on the method of interaction used, the following third parties may process personal data provided by the Personal Data Subject on behalf of the Operator:
• LLC “LEADPAY” (OGRN 1225200011574, TIN 5262385269, Legal Address: 603105, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Nizhny Novgorod, Osharskaya St., 95, premises P3, office 5/2), purpose of transfer: provision of the “LeadPay” service for accepting payments and generating fiscal receipts when rendering services;
• JSC “Selectel” (OGRN 1247800067790, TIN 7810962785, Legal Address: 196006, Saint Petersburg, Tsvetochnaya St., 21, lit. A), purpose of transfer: provision of hosting services and data placement in data centers (including the data center located at: Moscow, Berzarina St., 36, building 3);
• LLC “Salebot” (TIN 5834128222, Legal Address: 440013, Penza, Svetlaya St., 46, office 3), purpose of transfer: provision of the “Salebot” platform for receiving and processing User inquiries through messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp), conducting informational and advertising communications, automating dialogues with Users посредством chatbots, creating and maintaining the Operator’s client database, collecting applications for the Operator’s Services, informing Users about the Operator’s products and events;
• LLC “PAYWALL RUS” (OGRN 1227700360073, TIN 7714487255, Legal Address: 125124, Moscow, Bumazhny Proezd, 4, premises 49), purpose of transfer: provision of the “Paywall” service (paywall.pw) for accepting payments and organizing paid subscriptions when rendering services;
• LLC “YANDEX” (OGRN 1027700229193, Legal Address: 119021, Moscow, Lva Tolstogo St., 16), purpose of transfer: use of the “Yandex.Metrica” service for collecting statistics and analyzing User behavior on the Website;
• Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA), purpose of transfer: use of the “Google Analytics” service for collecting statistics and analyzing User behavior on the Website (if such service is used).
I have been informed and agree that the Operator has the right to engage other third parties of the following categories to process personal data on its behalf: payment services and fiscalization services, hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, email and SMS distribution services, chatbots and communication automation services, web analytics and metrics services, and other technical and organizational services necessary for fulfillment of obligations toward the Personal Data Subject. The Operator shall notify the Personal Data Subject of engaging a new entity for personal data processing by publishing an updated version of the Privacy Policy on the Website.
1.5. I accept the terms of the Operator’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy available at: https://strongpeopleclub.ru, as well as posted on other websites of the Operator, and confirm that I have reviewed it at the time of granting this Consent.
1.6. The purpose of personal data processing, the legal basis for personal data processing, the actions with personal data permitted by me, the conditions and restrictions of transfer and processing period, and other legally required conditions for each purpose of personal data processing are defined by this Consent and the Operator’s Privacy Policy, and I agree with these conditions.
1.7. I agree that personal data processing shall be carried out during a period calculated from the moment I grant Consent to data processing until expiration of 3 (three) years from that moment or until withdrawal of my Consent, whichever occurs earlier.
1.8. When registering for the purpose of obtaining free materials or purchasing services/works of the Contractor directly on the Contractor’s website, I agree to regard the following actions performed on the Registration Page (on the website, as well as on other websites of the Operator) as a simple electronic signature under this Consent and under the Operator’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy:
1.8.1. Placing a symbol by me in the checkbox (input field) next to the text: “I consent to the processing of my personal data under the terms of the Privacy Policy” or similar wording (provided that the Operator has the technical capability to place a checkbox on the Registration Page).
1.8.2. Clicking by me on an interface element with the text “Buy”, “Register”, “Participate”, or clicking by me on an interface element with similar wording.
1.9. If the Operator does not have the technical capability to place a checkbox, I agree to regard clicking by me on the Registration Page on an interface element with the text “Register” (or similar wording) as a simple electronic signature under this Consent and under the Operator’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing Policy, provided that the Operator places links to these documents near such interface elements.
1.9.1. In the event of interaction with the Operator through a Chatbot in messengers (Telegram, WhatsApp, and others), operating on the “Salebot” platform or other communication automation services, I agree to regard any of the following actions performed by me in the Chatbot as a simple electronic signature under this Consent and under the Operator’s Privacy Policy: (a) clicking a button with the text “Accept”, “Agree”, “I have read and agree”, or similar wording in response to the Chatbot’s request for confirmation of consent to personal data processing; (b) sending a text message with confirming content to the Chatbot in response to the corresponding request of the Chatbot — provided that links to this Consent and the Operator’s Privacy Policy are placed in the Chatbot.
1.9.2. I have been informed and agree that the fact of clicking the consent button or sending a confirming message in the Chatbot is recorded by the Operator with indication of the date, time, and User identifier in the messenger, and stored during the entire personal data processing period as proof of granting this Consent.
1.9.3. I have the right at any time to withdraw this Consent regarding personal data processing through the Chatbot by: (a) sending the command “/stop”, “Unsubscribe”, or another similar command to the Chatbot; (b) blocking the Chatbot in the messenger; (c) sending a notice of withdrawal of consent to the Operator’s email address: info@strongpeopleclub.ru.
1.10. Refusal of the Personal Data Subject to provide the following categories of data: first name, surname, patronymic, email address, results in the impossibility of concluding and performing an agreement between the Operator and the Subject.
1.11. I have been informed and agree that when visiting the Website, the Operator uses cookies stored on my device to ensure proper functioning of the Website, preserve the user session, and analyze User behavior using web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and similar services). I have the right to independently configure cookie processing settings or disable cookies in my browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Website.
